Directly from you — through the enquiry form on this website, by email, by phone or in person. Enquiries submitted through this website are transmitted to a Google Workspace account controlled by Nova.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and supply the services you have asked about.
- To match workers to roles and to verify tickets, licences and right to work.
- To administer placements, invoicing and payroll.
- To meet our legal, taxation and work health and safety obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who we disclose it to
We may disclose personal information to a host client or principal contractor where necessary to arrange or manage a placement, to our professional advisers and service providers (including payroll, accounting and IT providers), and to a government body or regulator where required or authorised by law.
